Ingredients
• 1 cup venison flank (cut in strips)
• 2 lettuce cups (iceberg or romaine)
• 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
• 1 cup broccoli
• Carrot sticks
• Bell pepper sticks
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 green onion
• Fresh cilantro
• Salad oil
• 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. ground cumin
• Black sesame seeds
• Hot pepper flakes
