You can cook cubed venison steaks quick and easy in your kitchen without frying. If done properly there will never be a gamey deer taste. It’s all about properly preparing your steaks. When you process your deer keep the meat cold and wash all of the blood from the meat before freezing.
Once thawed, wash any remaining blood from the meat, dry thoroughly, and season. Do not overcook or cook on high heat. Last let it cool and it’s that easy! I do prefer an iron skillet but any quality aluminum pan will also work.
