In this video, Mark demonstrates how to make a Thanksgiving Turkey with or without stuffing. The turkey was a 15 pound frozen turkey that was thawed in the refrigerator for 3 days, and then prepared with butter and seasoning salt. Once the skin is separated from the meat, the butter is then applied inside and all over the outside of the turkey. Once the butter is applied, smoked or regular bacon can be added to the outside of the turkey for extra flavor. For those of you that enjoy stuffing, the turkey was stuffed with a variety of ingredients described in the video and then mixed together. Those of you that prefer to do without the stuffing can use a variety of whole vegetables mentioned to place in the center after butter is applied to the inside pocket. Always remember that these ingredients are used based on preferential flavors. When the turkey preparation is done, place the turkey in the Reynold’s Oven Bag and follow the directions outlined for your specific size turkey and keep an eye on the turkey to determine when it’s done. **Remember to get the appropriate size bag for your turkey.** When it is done, carve your turkey and prepare to receive accolades from your friends and family. Happy Thanksgiving, Enjoy!!
