5= pieces Taro Root Arbi
1= small amount of Ginger | ½= Onion
1= Serrano chili | 2= Tbsp. Olive oil
1= Tsp Cumin seeds | 1= Tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1= Tsp Garam Masala | 1= Tsp Turmeric Powder
1= Tsp Salt
2= Tsp Soy sauce with citrus seasoning (to reduce slime)
Garnish with Cilantro, serve and ENJOY!!!
