Arbi masala or taro root is one of the favorite vegetables from the Indian cuisine. It is cooked in various styles, dry or with gravy; deep-fried, shallow fried, boiled or sauteed. I’m presenting arbi in an entirely new version : French fries style! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Arbi/Taro Root 1 1/2 lb
Tomato(1)
Onion(1 medium sized)
Oil ( 1 1/2 tbsp)
Salt( 1 1/4 tsp)
Red Chilli Powder( 1/2 tsp)
Garam Masala( 1/2 tsp)
Amchoor Powder/ Dry Mango Powder( 1/2 tsp)
Hing/Asafoetida( a pinch) Optional
Coriander Powder(3/4 tsp)
