Giblets (neck, gizzard, liver and heart)
celery 1-stalk chopped
onion chopped
1/4 teas salt
1/4 teas poultry seasonings
boil above for approximately 2 hours
Then;
Equal parts of Butter & Flour for the Roux
Add;
Giblets (small chopped)
1 boiled egg chopped (optional)
Season to Taste (with seasonings mention and pepper)
ENJOY!!!!!!!
