4 cups Allegro™ Tomatoes, quartered
2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup cranberries, dried
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup honey
2 Tbsp sea salt
1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
Place everything in a sauce pot, simmer for 20 minutes.
Leave chunky or puree in a blender until smooth.
